[iRail] Open Knowledge Festival, open transport data track & flight

Hi all,

For those who don't know already, we are co-organising an open data
track at the open knowledge festival in Helsinki in September. More
information can be found at http://okfestival.org. The open transport
data track will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday.

>From our community, both Miet and Hannes are going to give a
presentation / organise a workshop.
