[iRail] iRail.be 2.0 - Reminder

Hi everyone,

Another request for volunteers (yes we're an NPO, without volunteers we
wouldn't be able to do anything).

The iRail.be 2.0 version is still accepting pull requests. If you think
you can make iRail.be a better website, please do so. The code at this
moment hasn't been touched for over a year and I think since then there
have been a lot of developments which iRail.be can benefit from.
