[iRail] Verkeersindicatoren hoofdwegennet

Hi,

I stumbled upon a report on "verkeersindicatoren hoofdwegennet Vlaanderen
2011", published last June. It contains summaries of loads of data
collected in 2011 on traffic volume on main roads, accidents, lenght of
traffic jams, saturation, etc.

Maybe (some of) these data might come in handy to use in apps in the new
iRail? Open data could be asked, if it hasn't already? (They seem to be
having a data warehouse - cf. colofon)
