[iRail] Apps For Ghent 2

Hi everyone,

We're organising a second edition of Apps For Ghent. This time there are
more data sets, better infrastructure and more prises to win! If you're
a student you can come the 24th to hack on the data yourself
(http://data.appsforghent.be - yes, this uses The DataTank! (© iRail
vzw/asbl) ), if you're a professional (~not a student anymore) you can
give a presentation about your use case during 10 minutes.
