[iRail] Open Belgium 2017 conference hosts a session on transport

Hi all,

Check out http://openbelgium.be → a conference in March on Open 
Knowledge in Belgium organized in Brussels. There’s one session where I 
have already invited De Lijn, MIVB and SNCB to come and speak about 
their steps on Open Data (inviting TEC is still on my todo list).
