Updated kforge to use new simplified configuration setup (dm changeset 35 [a]). 

  * trunk/INSTALL: (smallish) rewrite INSTALL to reflect new setup 
  * trunk/etc/kforge.conf.new: update similar to etc/domainmodel.conf.new [a] 

    * move various variables back from trunk/src/kforge/dictionary.py into config file 

  * trunk/src/kforge/dictionarytest.py: removed test for now non-existent variable 
  * trunk/src/kforge/apache/apacheconfig.py: change to use KFORGE_SETTINGS rather than KFORGECONF and config file path instead of system_service_path 
  * trunk/src/kforge/cli/admin.py, trunk/src/kforge/cli/admintest.py (renamed from trunk/src/kforge/test/kforge-admin_script_test.py): minor update to reflect changes 

    * initialiseSystemServiceFilesystem() changed to do nothing 

  * trunk/src/kforge/utils/admin.py, trunk/src/kforge/utils/admintest.py: deleted [FilesystemCommand?][1] and [InitialiseFilesystem?][2] as no longer used by kforge.cli.admin.py 
  * trunk/bin/kforge-integrationtest: update to use --config instead of --env 

    * also removed checkout and install of domainmodel (better for this to be done independently)
