Minor fix and tidying of files. 

  * trunk/src/dm/filesystem.py: removed leftover KForge docutils string (see [changeset:34][1]) 
  * trunk/src/dm/log.py: use os.path.abspath so that we can cope with non-absolute log file path in configuration file (see [changeset:38][2]) 
  * trunk/src/dm/environment.py: tidy docstrings (follow-up to [changeset:35][3])
