* trunk/src/dm/util/db.py: minor change to Database.rebuild() method to deal with situation where try to delete but db does not exist (had not updated correctly inline with [changeset:40][1]). 
  * trunk/src/dm/util/dbtest.py: always print info message if attempt to delete db in preparation for test fails.
