Improvements to mailman plugin. 

  * trunk/src/kforge/plugin/mailman.py: 

    * add installation instructions including config section with more items 
    * use config variables in Plugin 
    * merge [MailmanUtils?][1] into Plugin as too much hassle to have them separate (Utils needed system dictionary ...) 
    * add getAdminEmail function to get one of the project administrators emails 
    * getApacheConfig: redirect to mailing list 

  * /trunk/src/kforge/plugin/mailmantest.py: update to reflect removal [MailmanUtils?][1]
