## General

## On Completion of Milestone

All tickets in this milestone were successfully completed early. However should note that: 

  * There is quite a bit of work on cosmetics the web interface (for example attribute names should be 'normalized' to proper English) 
  * There are some major bugs (such as the inability to create user accounts) 
  * There is still work remaining from 2 iterations ago on fully implementing Packages as specified. In particular: 

    * Some attributes of packages such as comments and tags are still not fully functional though [ticket:10][1] (from [milestone:15][2]) was 'closed' 
    * Access control is only partially implemented (no package owner role etc) 

These last items should probably be turned into new tickets and assigned to the next milestone.
