Hey Matthew,

Please download this new Provide script to your Provide's 'bin' folder:

http://project.kforge.appropriatesoftware.net/provide/svn/trunk/bin/provide-kforge-0.13a5

Make it executable and run it (as the provide user). I expect it to
terminate on 1 failing test.

Please let this list know which test is causing the 'send email' error. I'll
fix things and make a 0.13a6 for you to install.
