Hi Matthew,

Thanks a lot. I've fixed KForge now so that test uses a mock email 
dispatcher, rather than the real thing.

Please download this new Provide script to your Provide's 'bin' folder:
http://project.kforge.appropriatesoftware.net/provide/svn/trunk/bin/provide-kforge-0.13b1

Make it executable and run it (as the provide user).

This time, it should all run through OK, without any test failures, and 
result in a functional KForge installation. The problem with styles and 
the uri_prefix is now also fixed (I'm told).

(However, as Provide doesn't quite calculate and substitute uri_prefixes 
into provided services, you'll need to edit your new kforge.conf file to 
set the uri_prefix (run: provide serviceconfig kforge 0.13b1 
production), and then rebuild the KForge service Apache config (run: cd 
$your-new-kforge-service-folder; ./scriptrunner "./bin/kforge-admin www 
build" ). This step will be unnecessary after the end of this week.)

But please report on what happens!
