Various fixes to mailman plugin arising from more live testing. 

  * src/kforge/plugin/mailman.py: 

    * mailman_url config variable should just be lists domain name 
    * list name for delete mailing list must *not* have the domain name while create needs it 
    * all internal methods renamed to have leading underscore 

  * src/kforge/plugin/mailmantest.py: 

    * better guards to ensure mailing list really deleted after test finishes or fails 

  * src/kforge/plugintest.py: add notify, wordpress and mailman plugins test to the list 

    * warning: notify test will fail if you don't have smtp support on localhost (often the case on personal machines)
