[bugfix] Fix bug whereby url generated for a 'www' service incorrectly included the service name. 

kforge.url.[UrlScheme?][1] (new in kforge v0.13) version of getServicePath failed to fully replicate old version of getServicePath which treated 'www' services in a special way (that is to just return /<project-name>/ rather than /<project-name>/<service-name>/). Fixed this.
