[bugfix]: update url.py so that 'admin' url is at '/admin' not '/admin/model' and fix related files. 

* trunk/src/kforge/url.py: as described. 

* trunk/src/kforge/urltest.py: add extra tests for login and logout and 

> accessDenied as well as for '/admin' 

* trunk/src/kforge/apache/apacheconfig.py 

> trunk/src/kforge/apache/apacheconfigtest.py: add in accessDenied to urls handled by django and extend the associated test to be more comprehensive. 

* trunk/src/kforge/django/apps/kui/test/admin/domainObject.py: minor fix to add 

> '/model' part back into url when testing.
