I propose we set two new release dates:

Date: Friday 2nd November 2007
Version: KForge 0.14
Purpose: To clean up plugins and documentation?

Date: Friday 14th December 2007
Version: KForge 1.0
Purpose: To respond to feeback from 0.14?


If these dates are OK, let's try to determine the scope, or at least 
estimate value and cost for each ticket that pertains to the purpose, 
and make a list of priorities that we can all shoot at?
