I propose we change the upcoming release dates to be:

Version: KForge 0.14
Date: Friday 21st September 2007
Purpose: Fix location path bugs.

Version: KForge 0.15
Date: Friday 2nd November 2007
Purpose: Clean up service redirect, plugins, and documentation.

Version: KForge 1.0
Date: Friday 14th December 2007
Purpose: Issues arising from 0.15 release.

This allows us to get the bugs which have been fixed out asap (0.14), 
then deal with the plugin issues (0.15), then deal with feedback and 
release 1.0.

If required, we can always do a 0.16 towards the end of November.
