No, I speak about /etc/apache2/site-available/default or the one you 
created for your kforge instance.

I do not think it is feasible. AFAIK apache, it's non sense. It's either 
an ip adresse (http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/) or a domain name 
(http://some.domaine.tld). It can be a path after the ip or domaine name 
(like http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/kforge  for ex)
