[kforge-user] Installation issue

Good news guys, it works.
I have the Kforge homepage on my screen, what a beautiful moment :)

However, for that I have just added the writing right for the others on
the directory: /var/lib/kforge.

I don't think that it is the best solution especially for the security.
For the moment it is not for a production server but it will be an
important point for the future.

Thank you to the both of you for your help.
Nicolas, regarding your wiki maybe I will add some information about
needed packages that are not specified in the installation
documentation.

Does your web user (i.e. the user running apache) haver permission to 
write to /var/lib/kforge ? If not ensure they do.

Not sure about this one but try that first change and see what happens.
