[kforge-user] all plugins are equal but some are more equal than others?

No and they shouldn't be created by default. As you say these should be 
options. John and I have discussed this for a while but as most people 
seemed to want these in 'by default' they were left in there.

Absolutely but actually we should probably modify this in the way you

At this point, as the issues get a bit more 'dev-oriented' that's 
probably best but there no strict rule :)
