[knowledgeforge-user] Potential downtime due to service upgrade

Just to report that the cut-over went went very smoothly and downtime
was in fact zero.

Big thanks here to John Bywater's whose excellent work on the latest
release is largely to thank for this.

If you notice any problems please let us know asap.
