[MyData & Open Data] List of transparency/privacy projects

there seems to be a lot of "transparency/open* and privacy" projects floating around at the moment, but no overarching discussion, debate or communication.

is it worth a list of projects we know about? Such as this one

I know there are others (and relatively little data about those which I know exist).
