[MyData & Open Data] Privacy discussions on other platforms

Hi all,
I need to bring to your attention (for those of you not signed up to other
Open knowledge lists and so not aware) that there have been some
discussions on privacy on the okfn-discuss mailing list
<https://lists.okfn.org/mailman/listinfo/okfn-discuss>, which might be of
interest. Especially on the open knowledge manifesto as was suggested at
the workshop, you can follow the discussions here
<https://lists.okfn.org/pipermail/okfn-discuss/2014-June/010453.html>.

Other lists (for example openglam
<https://lists.okfn.org/pipermail/open-glam/2014-June/001203.html>) have
had some privacy issues coming up recently, and it will be useful to
consider subscribing to these as the privacy search tool will show these
discussions only after they have happened. I can flag these on the list but
it's often too late to contribute.

Finally, for those going to be in Berlin, we are also discussing privacy
and open data in the developing world in a session at the Open Development
Fringe event (more details here
