[od-discuss] Translating the Open Definition to Norwegian (nynorsk)

I see you have a Norwegian (bokmål) version of the Open Definition, what
about a Norwegian (nynorsk) version? It might seem superflous, but on the
other hand it should be pretty much easier, using the bokmål version as a
template.

If you're open for a Norwegian (nynorsk) version I'd be interested in
starting work on it.
