[od-discuss] A Chair for the Open Definition Advisory Council

Yes, I've moved on a bit ;) I had at one point thought about stepping
down owing to mutual inactivity, but if we're going to try to
reinvigorate the group I'd be happy to be involved, and in particular
(to the extent it is useful) serve as a liaison between open data/OKFN
and OSI.

I'll send a bio separately.
