I'd like to support this, by asserting that the od-discuss list and process
is one of the most impressive that I have sat on. Yesterday I was able to
promote the role of OKF (at an Open Forum Europe meeting) by referring to
the excellent and valuable process in OD-discuss. One of the key aspects of
a working group is its "heartbeat" - the people that keep it going - making
sure that meetings are held regularly, they address important and useful
issues and that there are enough people present. Mike and Herb are major
contributors to that heartbeat.
