As our current rules stand, these are clearly compliant.

[As noted before on this list, I now believe that copyleft in data is
a mistake; and I think in 5-10 years we'll look back at the
database-copyleft clause in SA as a well-intentioned effort that
mostly confused people and decreased interoperability. But that's not
something currently given to us to judge.]
