 REMINDER
In their letter mailed on 21 December regarding "Licences for Europe", MM
Delsaux, Prats Monne and Viola invited your organisation to nominate
participants in the relevant Working Group(s) by Friday 11 January.

If you have not done so by now, could you please reply by close on
Wednesday 16 January at the latest, providing the name, organisation and
contact details of your nominee(s). This will enable the Commission
Services to draw up membership lists for each of the 4 Working Groups.

Where trade associations are concerned, the Commission has sought to make
it clear that it is interested to have the participation of a nominated
constituent member of such associations. It is not excluded that
representatives of associations themselves may nevertheless have a "back
row" presence, on request.

PLENARY AND FIRST WORKING GROUP SESSIONS
We take this opportunity to ask you to block 4 February in your diary. It
is planned to hold the plenary session at noon, followed by the four
Working Groups in parallel in the afternoon. As you will be aware, the
Commission Services will in any case need to be in receipt of the
individual names of all participants in both the plenary and the working
groups for that occasion.

A formal letter of invitation will follow.

Communication on "Content in the Digital Single Market" (COM(2012) 789

We also attach provisional mandates for each of the Working Groups
