[od-discuss] Proposal: Leigh Dodds to join the Advisory Council

Hi All,

I wanted to propose a new addition to the Advisory Council: Leigh Dodds.

Leigh was CTO at Talis and is very knowledgeable in the area of open data
and linked open data from both a technical and legal perspective. Some
