[od-discuss] Conformance discussion on the AB and BC OGL

Our next scheduled call is August 8 15:00 UTC.

I'd be happy with making these licenses a centerpiece of the call and
holding off on final conformance decision until then, while
encouraging ongoing list discussion prior.
