FWIW the questionnaire, direct link at
http://ec.europa.eu/yourvoice/ipm/forms/dispatch?form=PSIguidelines
takes IIRC less than 10 minutes, and some parts are directly relevant
to the Open Definition (eg non-commercial only restrictions
unacceptable).

Open Definition list people, worth filling out if you have time.
