[od-discuss] Fwd: [Open-education] Refining the Definition of “Open” in Open Content

As I just stated in my reply on the blog, there's his own "Open Content" as
well as "Open Access" and "Open Educational Resources" which all fail to
explicitly deny NC as Open (which I think is a shame, as I'm relatively
anti-NC myself)
