[od-discuss] v2.0 release

So, following on the issues that happened with the logo change and the
still-contentious slogan, I propose the draft of the new definition be
shared for feedback with the larger list before it gets *any* formal
acceptance otherwise.

I am personally happy with it, and I consent to the current draft being the
final version.
