[od-discuss] CC representation on AC

Whenever possible I think it is helpful to have a representative from
Creative Commons on the Advisory Council.

As a result of some informal discussion along these lines Tim Vollmer (
http://creativecommons.org/staff#timothyvollmer ) has generously reached
out to say he would be willing to join us and offer his participation.
