Thanks Rufus.  Great idea.

I have set up a new Topic here:
https://discuss.okfn.org/t/open-definition-advisory-council-meetings

At this point I don't know if it's best to have one topic per meeting or if
we can just have a standing topic where all the meetings are held.  If
anyone can advise which is best, that would be welcome.

At this point I have set it up as if we could just have one standing topic
and I thought I would pin it so it stays easily accessible at the top of
the OD category.
