Yes! We've just posted some information on this question on the licenses page:

As you can see the main text "snippet" is just plain text at the present.

Re RDF I would imagine you'd want to host a copy of the PDDL locally
and then put something like (suggestions for improvements gratefully
received):

subject: <mydatabase>
property: <http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml/vocab#license>
object: <href of your copy of the pddl>

In the RDF data you send via the API.
