Dear All,

Winnipeg Transit is the public transit agency of the city of Winnipeg,
Manitoba, Canada.  Their GTFS data is available here

http://gtfs.winnipegtransit.com/google_transit.zip

and the zip file includes a LICENSE file, the PDDLv1.0

Winnipeg Transit also offers an API and trip planner.  The terms of
use specifically offer the data as PDDL, while the use of the web
service is more restrictive.  This is a good balance of controlling
the web service and freeing the data.

Winnipeg is the capital of Manitoba and the seventh largest Canadian
city by population (633,000).
