Hi, everybody. Jonathan asked me to  introduce myself and my group: I 
work at the Open Data Group of the Intendencia de Montevideo; the 
Intendencia have recently embraced the Open Data principles and our 
mission is to get this principles applied. You can check our data sets 
at http://datos.montevideo.gub.uy.

We will be glad to help with the camp, and tell people in Uruguay about 
the event.
