[ogdcamp] Helping from Uruguay

Hello

I work at the Open Rights Group in London, we are a digital rights
organisation promoting a public interest approach in policy developments in
this area. We helped organise last year's camp in London and are happy to
contribute in any way what we can on this occasion.
