Hi everyone,

Tangui Morlier, Brice Person and myself just joined the group as well
as all members of Regards Citoyens who will read the conversations.

Regards Citoyens is a french 2 years young association, composed of
volunteers promoting Open Data within France, by discussing actively
with national and local administrations on one hand, and by
developping opendata transparency projects on the other hand. Our main
achievement is the website http://NosDeputes.fr which is a
parliamentary monitoring website such as TheyWorkForYou, but we also
realized projects on lobbying, elections, dataliberation, ... We also
host http://NosDonnees.fr as the french national citizen instance of
CKAN.

As Regards Citoyens is one of the main open data advocacy group in
France, we blog regularily (in french) about France's progress on Open
Data matters here :
http://www.regardscitoyens.org/open-data-en-france/

The coming three weeks will be focused for us on the coding of the
same parliamentary monitoring website for the other chamber of the
french parliament, the Senate, which is partly reelected around the
20th of september. Therefore we won't be able to help much till then,
but will try to be as reactive as possible.

Glads to be on board !

Benjamin Ooghe-Tabanou for Regards Citoyens
