[ogdcamp] Session on opening up city data at #ogdcamp?

Exactly - the idea of the workshops is very hands on and
participatory. I know that many of the talks and workshops overlap
with this one - but its a way to have an *explicit* session aimed at
people who are working to open up city level data.

Daniel: can you add this to the programme?
