[ogdcamp] Introduction from Tim Davies

Hi Javier!

We'll be putting out a CFP for talks/sessions at the main camp ASAP -
hopefully tomorrow.

We will definitely have *lots* of space in the camp. The satellite
events are being prioritised so we know how many venues we need on
which dates. Hence we can find and book appropriate spaces.
