[okfn-advisory] OKF-Br is a finalist for the Google Social Challenge 1 Million in Brazil

I am very proud and happy to let you know that OKF-Br is one of the
finalists for the Google Social Challenge that will give 1 Million of Reais
for projects in Brazil with great social impact.
