[okfn-advisory] Advising Open Knowledge in 2015

Well here's an example of the problem. Today I got:

"Call for Open Knowledge Exchange (KE) Fellowships"

It's from NERC and nothing to do with OK, OKI, OKFN, etc.

I now can't write a useful abbreviation for Open Knowledge and I can't even
use "Open Knowledge" unambiguously. I have to write

Open Knowledge (RP) to be unambiguous.
