Hello,
   Thanks for your kind words and highlighting ReadTheDocs and GitBook.

   For anyone interested some more book, research paper, article
builder include:

    - pandoc [1] - The all-time classic can even output Microsoft
Word! from text (e.g. Markdown) plus includes support for multi-line
tables, citations, and much more
    - mdBook [2] (in rust) e.g. compiles to a single easy-to-install binary

  And don't forget the most popular book press of all, that is, Jekyll
;-) (w/ free GitHub Pages hosting and much more.  For example, I've
put together a one book, many designs (zen garden like) showcase. The
first design entries (and free to (re)use templates) include Hamilton
[3], Epsilon [4] and Rust [5].
