[@OKFNau] federal electorate by postcode

The AEC have a finder for this (http://apps.aec.gov.au/esearch/)

Importantly they note that postcodes don't map exactly to seats.

You can find a recent mapping of this (prior to last redistribution) as a
table linked to:
http://www.aph.gov.au/About_Parliament/Parliamentary_Departments/Parliamentary_Library/pubs/BN/1011/Postcodes2009Boundaries

However it appears the AEC hasn't updated this for the 2010 redistribution
:(

Maybe a request to data.gov.au?
