FWIW, one of the Melbourne Team, Sarah, noted that I'd said "accessibility was hard" twice in a paragraph, and then beautifully articulated why that was overly negative.
I have edited he article to include Sarah's words - I think they summarise *perfectly* why it's important that we provide these services,
