Hi Peter,
Sorry for the delay in response, I've got a lot going on right now.
You say the OGP requires the government to create a national action plan developed in partnership with civil society. I don't think there is much understanding about what specifically OGP will do for Australia. I'm personally pretty vague about the details. To increase awareness, can you elaborate and how you imagine an action plan could be implemented/it's broad aims?
Also can you point me to your question on http://oursay.org/community/askmalcolm There's a few there now and I'm having trouble spotting yours.

Turnbull could put an end Australia's four years of dithering about whether to join the Open Government Partnership if he is serious about Australia reaching out globally. My question picks up on his statement we intend to join the D5. There are many reasons why we should join the OGP-the most important that it requires a national action plan developed in partnership with civil society, an opportunity for a whole range of issues to do with transparent, open government to be raised. I hope the question attracts your attention.
