I'm not sure if Peter had an actual question, more a complaint.  Perhaps if
it were worded as a direct question addressed to the DTO topic of the forum
then it would make more sense to people.

Such as,
Will the DTO take on any responsibility with regard to the Open Government
Partnership?
Or,
Are there any updates on Australia's progress toward joining the Open
Government Partnership in light of the establishment of the DTO?
