[@OKau] updated board list

I keep replying to myself... but another thing. When I say, 'find a
sponsor' on the Board. That is very easy.

The list of current board members is here: http://au.okfn.org/governance/

But note that Ana and I are co-secretaries so we can easily be seen as the
default sponsors for anyone.
